Software systems now invade every area of daily living. Yet, we still struggle to build systems we can really rely on. If we want to work with software systems at any level, we need to get to grips with the way software evolves. This book should equip the reader with a sound understanding of maintenance and how it affects all levels of the software evolution process.
..". an excellent piece of work that comprehensively covers the breadth of software maintenance issues ... the strongest praise I can give is that I intend to use it myself, as a reference to aid my research, and as a textbook the next time I teach maintenance."
It is my course book. The book provides complete information about the subject. Unfortunately there are many spelling mistakes, and moreover the English of the book is somewhat odd.
The book was for school, I got out of it what I put into it meaning it covered the bases when and where i needed them.
